Cole Custer, a native of Ladera Ranch, California, has grown from racing quarter midgets at the early age of four, to winning a NASCAR Xfinity Series Championship (2023), and competing at NASCAR’s highest level, the Cup Series (NCS). Custer is one of just ten drivers who have won a race in all three of the sport’s national touring series – Cup, Xfinity, and Truck – as well as ARCA and a NASCAR developmental series (K&N Pro Series).
In 2026, Custer will return to drive the No. 41 Haas Factory Team Chevrolet in the NASCAR Cup Series. This will mark the start of his fifth full-time season in the Cup Series, with Daytona being his 154th career Series start.
Custer owns 15 total wins at the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series level. Custer previously drove the No. 41 Ford for SHR in the NASCAR Cup Series and was the 2020 Sunoco Rookie of the Year. He grabbed his first career Cup victory at Kentucky Speedway in July 2020. He has also competed full-time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, earning two wins in that division.
Cole resides in Davidson, NC, with his wife, Kari, son Cal and the family’s dog, Honey. When he’s not at the track, Cole is an avid golfer, grill master, and enjoys time outdoors with his friends and family.

Kramer

Aaron Kramer, the 36-year-old from Wellsville, New York, is set to continue his role as Crew Chief for Haas Factory Team into the 2026 season. Kramer earned a mechanical engineering degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNCC) in 2016. Throughout his college years, Kramer was immersed in racing. After being the car chief at K-Automotive Motorsports for driver Brian Keselowski in 2010, Kramer joined Max-Q Motorsports in 2011. He was the front-end mechanic for the team’s No. 37 Cup Series entry during his freshman year at UNCC. From 2012 through the midpoint of 2015, Kramer built engines at Arrington Racing Engines. He spent the remainder of 2015 with BorgWarner Turbo Systems as a commercial vehicle application engineer. Kramer joined Penske Technology Group in 2016, providing wind tunnel support and operating the team’s 7-post rig with cars from Team Penske’s NASCAR and IndyCar operations. Kramer was promoted to the NASCAR Cup Series in 2019, where he worked as the secondary race engineer for two years with the No. 6 team and driver Ryan Newman, before moving to the No. 17 team in 2021 with Chris Buescher. Kramer is now in year two with HFT.
